Declaration by property owner

The declaration by the owner of a building relates to the transfer of ownership rights over rental flats from the original owners – housing associations, state or municipal organisations and others, to new owners – the original tenants.

Our office performs all necessary activities related to this transfer. These include “field” (i.e. surveying) work consisting in the survey of the areas of individual flats and transferred common spaces inside and outside the respective block of flats, and “office” work involving the graphic processing of surveyed spaces.

As a follow-up to this material, the Declaration by the Owner is drawn up. The Declaration by the Owner, together with the contract on the transfer of a unit (units), is then deposited in the Land Register so that a change in ownership rights over a unit (units) may be registered after the deposit.
